Our Topic:
High Impact Performance Management
Join SHRM WC to explore the principles of high-impact performance management and how organizations can create a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement. We discuss how modern performance management strategies move beyond annual reviews to emphasize ongoing feedback, clear goal alignment, employee development, and data-driven decision-making. The discussion will also cover practical tools for coaching employees, increasing engagement, recognizing high performance, and addressing performance challenges effectively. Attendees will leave with actionable insights to help build stronger teams, improve organizational outcomes, and foster a workplace culture that supports both employee success and business performance.
