Rachel Donnafield is the Compensation & Benefits Director for Arrow Electronics, headquartered in Englewood, CO. With a tenure of almost a decade at Arrow, she has held roles in communications, change management, and global compensation and benefits. 

With over 20 years of comprehensive total rewards experience across many industries, Rachel began her career focused on administering and managing US benefits. Her time at Arrow allowed her to broaden her expertise in total rewards by overseeing pivotal global compensation projects, including the annual merit planning process, pay transparency, and the maintenance of Arrow’s Global Career Framework.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Metro State University and a Master of Science in Organization Leadership from Regis University, which she completed in 2019.

In her free time, Rachel enjoys scuba diving, bike riding, wine tasting, and spending time with her grown children.
