Christina Harney

Though you may know Christina Harney as an employment law attorney, she is also someone who is passionate about exploring the meaning of life.  Having studied all the major religions and many different philosophical beliefs in college, she went on to learn various different meditation practices all over the world.  She routinely practices Kriya Yoga, which is a 6,000-year-old meditation practice first developed in India.  She has taken this knowledge and background into her employment as a Human Resources Director, where she learned how to best communicate with employees with a focus on non-judgmental patience and tolerance.  She then went into the practice of law where she has managed many different lawsuits, but she also does a significant number of corporate investigations.  In these investigations she has learned the best and worst ways for manage corporate culture.  She will be bringing this knowledge with her in her presentation on creating a positive culture in the workplace.  This presentation will look at both the personal change that each corporate leader can consider for a positive environment for themselves but also on suggestions for organizational changes to better improve the work environment for everyone.
