Generation Z (those born after 1996) is the largest generation since the Boomers, and is poised to enter the professional workforce in a big way over the next several years. This generation does not want to be classified as Millennials, nor do they have the same focus for their lives and careers. This presentation will identify what recruiters need to know about identifying top Gen Z candidates; the benefits, perks, and organizational cultures that attract them; and what are the red flags that will send them running from your organization.
